SALE POLICY

  • All bucklings and doelings will be a minimum of 8 wks old before they are released to their new home unless the buyer is experienced with bottle feeding. We prefer to dam raise when possible and find this does not impact the friendliness of our kids.
  • We do accept entries to our WAIT LIST and these buyers will be given first pick when kids are available. There is no charge to be on our wait list, and no obligation to purchase once you are contacted.
  • Our goats are ADGA registered. Most will be fully registered and ready for transfer prior to sale. We use electronic transfer of registered goats when possible to save the buyers time and hassle.
    • ​We encourage all buyers of our registered livestock to participate in ADGA shows, Linear Appraisal, and DHI.
  • We prefer to not wether a goat before it leaves the farm, all male kids are sold as bucklings. If you intend to wether, we will sell without papers. 
    • ​Please wait until the kid is a minimum of 11 wks before wethering! ​
  • Any goat exhibiting signs of stress or illness will be held longer until we are certain they are well. We will not let an unhealthy goat leave our farm too soon.

  • Balance can be paid via PayPal or in cash when you pick up your new friend. ​
  • Our herd is clean tested and CAE/Johnes negative.
  • All kids will be disbudded (per ADGA show requirements), tatooed, CD&T updated, Baycox administered, and hooves trimmed prior to leaving the farm.
  • We WILL NOT sell a lone goat to a home that does not already have at least one other GOAT (other livestock - dogs, chickens, donkeys - will not count) For their physical and mental health, goats need companion goats.
